I just found another MJ and Paul Anka collaboration named "It don't matter to me".
The song seems to be copyrighted under MJ's and Anka's name late last year.

The song "Shine", in which James Porte & Eddie Cadcio are credited, on the "BMI repertoire" is a MJ song or not?

I have found these songs as well. If MJ would have anything to do with these songs, then they should have to make appear his name as a copyrigh claimant.

As for Burn 2night, I recall Teddy Riley saying recently, that there's a song called "Burn Tonight" which wasn't included on the "Michael"-album, but could be included into the 2nd posthumous MJ-album with "new"recordings.
