I am not in the entertainment business. Please explain exactly what this means?

It means that MJ owns 50% of a company that holds publishing rights for other artists, like the Beatles. The publishing rights are for managing a song's usage in the public (like on TV, radio, tours, etc.). If someone plays any of these songs, has to pay to MJ.

Could you please tell me the phone numbers and adresses of the New Horizen I, II and III. secondly, I would like to have the original dates and years these accounts were open. Thirdly, Joel Katz was could not own anything because it would be a conflict of interest. Fourth, Where did you obtain this list of Michael's affairs? Fifth, let's say Michael own these properities, would you think they could exceed the amount owed on the loans? They sold off everything of Michael's including his underwear. Why would not sell these properties?
I would like to see your resources and for this information. They MJ Estate may think they control some of them but they dont.

New Horizont Trust entities are managed by the MJ Estate lawyers. These entities has been created starting with 2006.
I did not say that Joel Katz owns anything.
The Estate surely owns these properties, but only the Neverland property has any loan at the moment. That is jointly owned by the Estate and private investors.
